We welcome your feedback
Just wanted to say thank you Cheryl for your Dahlia tubers and the extras. So generous of you.
They are all sprouting and healthy. I recently bought end-of-season sales from you.
In the future could you email me next year when selling your tubers again.
I bought tubers from other websites but some didn't sprout..yours all sprouted. . . So happy!
Happy gardening and thank you very much.
Annie

Dahlia Tubers
All our Dahlia tubers are grown on our farm here in Meadows; we guarantee that they are true to variety type.
Tubers are always checked for viability prior to sending. We always remove any plant with signs of virus however please know that plants can be infected and not always show symptoms.
Items in your shopping cart are not confirmed until payment. During checkout, items may disappear from your cart as other buyers select the same items as you and ‘checkout’ before you.
By then the tubers begin to sprout and we can confirm the existence of a viable ‘eye’ before posting. Tracking information will follow once your order is shipped.
If you do not receive your order, and notify us within 2 weeks of being sent, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
If your order is returned to us, you will be emailed and offered the option to pay additional freight charges to be resent and we will not assume any responsibility or viability of the tuber or tubers second time around.
Our best efforts will be made to ensure your order is fulfilled during tuber sales.
In the event that we lose any varieties during Winter storage, a replacement or a full refund will be offered, with no questions asked.
Willow Creek Flowers holds no responsibility for tubers after shipping. Follow the growing guide included with your order for the best results.
Climate and growing conditions vary considerably so follow your local protocols.
Tubers should be planted out after the last frost has passed.
Here in the Adelaide Hills, we plant end of October or early November.
